Celebrated worldwide for the quality of its Hi-Fi loudspeakers, Elipson has developed the In-Ear No. 1 to ensure an amazing listening experience, with complete freedom thanks to Bluetooth 4.1 and aptX compatibility.
The ear-pieces, designed by Jean-Yves Le Porcher, are entirely composed of solid aluminum, a material chosen for its lightness and acoustic rigidity, and offer the best possible sound insulation, featuring 11.5mm dynamic drivers, with 32 Ohm impedance and a sensitivity of 103dB. A kit of buds of different sizes is provided to optimize comfort and fit all shapes of ears.
The flat rubber cable is weather proof, satisfying the IP4 spec (resistant to sweet, drops and dust) and is pleasant to the touch and tangle-free. It folds easily to fit into the elegant Elipson transport case. The 55mAh battery is sufficient for up to 6 hours of music and 200 hours in standby mode and charging requires one hour and a half. A battery indicator is available for display on most iOS and Android smartphones, the company says.
Wireless connection is based on Bluetooth 4.1/aptX and uses the multi-point technology that allows two smartphones to be connected simultaneously. Elipson states that the range of the Νο.1 is about 10m. The remote control makes it easy to control voice calls and thanks to its omnidirectional microphone, offers perfectly natural sound. The remote is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.
