… and the Cayin Selection series of amplifiers. Pictured here is the A88T Mk2 with two EL34 per channel in the power stage and 6SN7/6SL7 in the input stage.
Cessaro's Liszt 1 is a four-way design, featuring horn-loaded drivers for the mid/highs and an active two 12-inch drivers system with solid state amps for the lower part of the audio spectrum.
Constellation is always an impressive part of the show, not only for the prices of their products. Here is a proof of this: the Centaur monoblock power amp.
Dali hyped strongly about their new loudspeaker series, the Rubicon. The complete series includes five models (three floorstanding, two stand-mounted), based on wood fiber cone mid/woofers, while the four top models will also include the hybrid array tweeter (a ribbon/soft dome pair) developed by the company. Here is the top of the range, Rubicon 8.
The David Berning 211/845 monoblock power amp can be fitted with either 211 or 845 tubes for the OTL output stage and includes an automatic bias circuit. The amp delivers 60W in class A and includes a switch-mode power supply with power factor correction circuitry.

Ceol Carino from Denon is a small system for desktop audio applications. Pictured here, is the controller that offers, among other things, wireless connectivity via Bluetooth/aptX, a digital equalizer, an analog input and a subwoofer output.
Denon also presented their wireless loudspeaker Envaya that supports Bluetooth/aptX and NFC technologies featuring a passive radiator bass loading architecture. Envaya offers up to 10 hours of playback with its rechargeable power pack and the box includes covers with four different colors to suit your mood (or dress, or anything for that matter…).
Densen demonstrated for the first time their new DenDAC converter.
Devialet were focused on their new, smaller and somewhat more affordable amp models like this 120…
… but they also promoted strongly their SAM technology, a specialized algorithm that equalizes the loudspeaker connected to the amplifier. The company has already “corrected” some well known loudspeakers, including those from Focal and Magico, offering the relevant correction algorithm as a download through their Configurator.
Firebird is Dr. Feickert Analogue's top turntable, based on the experience the company gained from the Woodpecker and Blackbird designs. It can accept up to two 12-inch tonearms and is belt-driven by three motors.
Dynaudio has launched the next generation of their Xeo wireless loudspeaker system. Here is the repeater (used for wireless signal transmission)…
… and here is the smaller of the two models displayed, the Xeo 4.
Active, small monitor from Elac. The Air-X 403 features a 225W AB class amplifier in a two-way design that includes an AMT tweeter.
Visitors had the opportunity to hear the active floorstander FS 409, a 3.5-way design with AMT tweeter and the Elac's standard mid/woofer and woofer drivers. Each loudspeaker uses a 200W amp for the mid/highs and one 280W amp for low frequencies.
Fink Audio is an audio engineering consulting firm with some quite interesting job in the research level. The Triple-F Concept is their idea for a loudspeaker based on the whole knowledge corpus acquired during the past few decades. It is a three-way design with 12-inch laterally positioned flat woofers, two 6-inch flat midrange drivers and an AMT tweeter (a 5th generation driver from Elac). Crossover filters are 4th order Linkwitz-Riley designs.
Floorstanding loudspeakers from Fischer & Fischer. At the left, the SN-570 and at the right their new model, the SN-470. Both models are based on custom mid/woofers and feature a Mundorf 's AMT tweeter.
Focal's Alpha series was designed with a profile in mind that is somewhere between the desktop audio user and the small professional studio user and needs an active monitor but cannot reach the company's top models. Though their prices appear to be reasonable, build quality and aesthetics remain at a high level.
Focal also demonstrated a new model of headphones, the Spirit One S, adapted to the needs of the audiophile who uses portable systems on a regular basis. Drivers use a combination of titanium and Mylar and the cable is removable and with a remote to control a smartphone.
A headphone amplifier designed by Jim Fosgate. Fosgate Signature is a tube based (12ACH7) device, featuring low frequency equalization and a circuit to improve the stereo image. The amp delivers 165mW to 250mW.
Furutech displayed their ADL series of headphone amplifiers/DACs. Here, the well known A1…
… while the Stratos ADC/DAC is a brand new product, capable for DSD streaming. Also new was the H118 headphone set.
Nearby we also saw this X1.
